Offsets only link to masts.

Each offset must only link to the masts that apply to that specific offset, and all the masts linked to the gantry must also be linked by an offset.

If more than one offset is required for the same mast and gantry relationship (i.e. there are two possible different methods of attachment), then two gantries must be created.
