Positions are a sub-object of drop tubes, and are only required when creating a drop tube with discrete horizontal attachment positions for attachment to SPS.

One position is required for each hole that can be used to fix the drop tube to the SPS.

Effective Length Change. This parameter is the vertical distance the drop tube has been shortened by due to selecting the horizontal attachment position when compared to the end of the drop tube.

This parameter is typically a negative value.
